The Authority Alliance was built by two people who have spent their careers on stages, on microphones, in classrooms, and in boardrooms across the world, and a shared belief that when experts come together with the right support, extraordinary things happen.
Roy Coughlan is a serial entrepreneur, podcast strategist, and authority-building specialist with over 25 years of experience across 22 companies in 6 countries. As founder of Podfather Network LLC, he has produced over 2,000 podcast episodes reaching listeners in 137 countries with more than 10 million downloads and views.
A Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), five-country Toastmasters finalist, TEDx open mic performer, and open comedy stage veteran, Roy brings a rare combination of media mastery and fearless stage presence. He holds a PMP certification, a First Class Award in Project Management, and over ten additional professional credentials.
Within The Authority Alliance, Roy leads podcasting, media, and visibility strategy, helping members build their platform, grow their audience, and command their space globally.
Bethany Stone is a leadership and human skills specialist, master mindset coach, and keynote speaker with 23 years in Montessori education and curriculum development. As founder of Thriving by Nature Coaching and Voices Rising Youth Speaking School, she has spent her career building frameworks that help people, from children to CEOs, develop the inner foundation lasting success requires.
She holds five coaching certifications, multiple Montessori credentials, and specialised qualifications in autism, dyslexia, and Down syndrome. She is co-author of four books and has appeared on over 100 podcasts and stages nationwide. Her signature Five Domains Framework gives clients a clear, practical path to leadership and sustainable growth.
